Bonnie Delesandri Monych is a passionate human capital strategist and business
analyst, providing "straight- forward" and "bottom-line"
consulting support in the areas of Human Capital Forensics, Strategic
Development, Human Capital Risk Analysis, Leadership Assessment & Development,
Team Development, Building Group Performance, Diversity & Inclusion, and
Employee Crisis Management. She is a certified Birkman Consultant and co-developer of the Q2 Assessment Tool. Bonnie has co-authored and published many books addressing work place issues such as "Shift Happens!" Straight Talk about Jobs, Work and Careers which is an excellent example of her ability to deliver information in a concise and humorous way. Her next book "Getting your Shift Together" will be available soon. Bonnie spent the first 15 years of her career as a Corporate Banker working with Fortune 500 companies and real estate developers to provide on-going financing for their operational needs. She is a native Texan, graduating from the University of Houston with a BBA in Finance. She earned her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) designation in 1986 and she is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas as a Certified Mediator. Bonnie is an active member of the Greater Houston Partnership's Advocates Committee and CEO Roundtable. She is also a member of the Woodlands Economic Development Council and as Adjunct Staff at Montgomery College she designed and taught the curriculum for one of the first grant programs designed to assist under privileged men and women back into the workforce. She is a board member of the Gulf Coast Diversity Council and Chaired the Women in Leadership Symposium for 2006 & 2007 and Diversity Awards Luncheon. Ms. Monych has been interviewed on numerous television and radio talk shows and is an active guest speaker for many organizations. She can be seen on ABC Channel 13 news as their "career correspondent" as well as a frequent guest on "Great Day Houston", CBS Channel 11. |
